What plans do you offer?

DRB Premium at $99.95/mo (up to 200 Mbps) and DRB Extreme at $129.95/mo (up to 500 Mbps). Both include unlimited data. Camp & Traveler is $85 per 30-day block.

Is there a contract or credit check?

No. Service is month to month, with no credit check and no early termination fees.

How am I billed?

Service is billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through Square, and applicable taxes are added at checkout.

What speeds can I expect?

Up to 200/20 Mbps on DRB Premium and up to 500/50 Mbps on DRB Extreme. Actual speeds vary by location and network conditions.

Near a window, as high as practical, and away from thick walls or metal. Try a few spots and keep the one with the best signal.

What if my signal is weak?

How does the 14-day guarantee work?

Your kit includes 14 days of service. If it isn’t the right fit, return the kit within 14 days for a full refund of the hardware and trial service.
